Erin Leonard founded ELE in 2019 with the belief that events are rare opportunities to step out of our busy lives and grow, learn, reflect, and develop lasting connections. Erin designs unique, engaging events that are as fun to plan as they are to attend.

Erin has over a decade of experience planning events and expertise in adult education, content, programming, marketing, strategy, and speaker selection. She specializes in designing events around your audience’s needs and interests and your organization’s strategic goals.
