Speaker Support can include:
Speaker Communications
• Lead on all speaker communications including pre- and post-show letters
• Ensure all speakers are clear on session logistics and asset timelines during onboarding
• Train and support presenters to collect their presentations
• Alert you to any red flags about the speaker (i.e. conflicts, unresponsive, presentation shifting directions, drops, etc.)
• Respond to speaker emails within 72 business hours
VIP Travel & Logistics
• Work with a travel agent to book and coordinate any promised entitlements: flights, hotels, car service, upgrades, etc.
• Field overall questions/special requests from speakers and keep them at ease
• Coordinate VIP speaker logistics, travel, and help track budget
Speaker Rehearsals
• Plan & run rehearsals with your speakers to ensure they feel confident heading into their session
