Event Design & Program Development

We specialize in designing events & developing sessions.

We will lead with participant experience & work backwards to create a seamless experience with meaningful content!

What is Event Design?

Event design is the process of creating a vision for an event and then designing all of the visual details to transform your space and tie it all together, from the invitations and decor to the activities, programming, and even the small details such as food, name badges, and the use of physical space. The goal of event design is to elevate the participant experience and to make it meaningful for everyone in the room.

Event design is similar to storytelling, as it sets participants on a journey with a beginning, middle, and end. It puts the participant experience at the center.

Before we begin designing an event, we dig into past participant feedback, demographics, and seek to understand what motivates them, the problems they face, and the information they need to grow.

By deeply understanding the audience, we design experiences that meet or exceed expectations.

Event design often comes down to moments that delight, surprise, and engage. We use interactive workshops, hack-a-thons, and other creative elements to transform attendees into active participants.

Our event design process is rooted in research on how adults learn and receive information, as well as the value of interactivity and engagement in the learning process. You won’t find cookie-cutter event templates with us - your event will be tailored specifically to your audience and unique to your vision.
