Thamarrah Jones knows a great event starts long before the doors open. As ELE’s Senior Event Manager, she pairs marketing know-how to bring the right people in the room with big-picture event strategy that gives them a reason to come back. Colleagues have called her a superstar for the calm she brings to high-pressure moments, and she always has a plan B (and C) ready.
Thamarrah brings more than ten years of experience in event strategy, virtual events, marketing, and communications. She is passionate about inclusive, people-first experiences. Thamarrah is always looking for partners who make every attendee feel welcome. Think nursing rooms, photographers who know how to shoot every skin tone, and swag bags with sensory-specific tools. She also builds the systems that keep speakers, sponsors, and teams on the same page.
