As an entrepreneur with 20 years of “skin in the game,” Bailey Sessoms helps minority-led businesses define their brand and earn their worth. “When building any brand, you have to point out the elephant in the room and own what’s unique about what you do! Then take what you don’t like about your industry and change it by offering something better,” says Bailey.

A graduate of Howard University, she has contributed creative support to many notable brands looking to shine a positive light on minorities. Best known for helping launch BET.com as one of only five content producers, Bailey is also a former lifestyle columnist for AOL. Among her recent projects is the commissioning for the District of Columbia's "Living Wage DC" initiative logo.

A published author, speaker, and educator, Bailey has been featured in major news outlets like the historic Afro-American Newspaper, The Washington Post, New York Daily News, and NBC.
